The NAKAWA BIO® Charter has thus given rise to two highly demanding sets of specifications registered with the Ministry of Agriculture and APIA. The result of a close partnership between professionals and independent certification bodies, the first set of specifications was developed with CCPB and published in the Official Journal on 02/17/2017. Organic certification precisely and comprehensively defines the requirements the product must meet, as well as the conditions for its production and its inspection by the approved certification body. Products originating from organic farming are, in particular, clearly specified.
The NAKAWA BIO® label has also been a registered trademark since October 2016 with INORPI by NAKAWA®, which has since overseen its issuance and defense, as well as its expansion to various countries around the world. This label, issued on a product-by-product basis, aims to guarantee the commitment of the companies that display it and to confidently guide the consumer toward authentic ecological and organic products that meet the ethical and technical criteria of the founding Charter. Registering the NAKAWA trademark with INORPI ensures our ownership and everything attached to it: exclusive exploitation rights and protection against potential counterfeiters.
